Terms of Use
The OASIS project follows Open Educational Resources (OER) practices in its digital outputs. The OASIS philosophy and approach on the use of ICT and OER respects the content of the European Commission directives, according to which open access refers to the practice of granting free Internet access to research outcomes and products.
-In this context:
a) the project outputs are released under a Creative Commons license CC BY-NC-ND (Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives),
b) the project partners keep the intellectual property rights of the products,
c) users have the right to freely use all project products for non-commercial purposes.
The specifications of the CC BY-NC-ND license are:
Attribution – You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests that the licensor endorses you or your use.
NonCommercial -You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
NoDerivatives – If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.
User Data
The OASIS platform may collect basic user data necessary for accessing the e-learning environment, monitoring learning progress and issuing certificates of completion, where applicable. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not be sold, shared or used for commercial purposes. Users may request access, correction or deletion of their personal data according to applicable data protection rules.
