Young people do not navigate the digital world alone. Their habits, stressors, pressures, and supports are shaped by the people and environments around them — home, school, peers, youth groups, and online communities.
While youth workers can do a lot, lasting digital well-being requires a whole-community approach, where adults understand young people’s digital world, speak a common language of support, and model balanced behaviour.
